All animals in cages and zoo's do.

The interesting thing about this photo is more Thai related : A little Thai "zoo" , like you find many in Thailand , without any supervision or security , you can get close , real close to wild animals . You can easily touch them , like this sad bear . Not news because you can walk with & touch tigers here , but that is supervised . The pic is from 2008 , so very small chance this bear is still alive.
