Bakery supplies store - Sukhumvit North Pattaya. Where exactly?

A friend told me, that there is a Bakery supplies store (I need wholemeal, a few pans, etc.) somewhere between Bangkok Pattaya Hospital
and "Soi Post Office", but on the opposite side (direction south).

And I know, that another guy (unfortunately no more contact) bought his bread baking ingredients there, a few years ago.
Does somebody know the exact location?

I've tried Google, maps and street view already, but couldn't get any results.

thanks in advance.

^ Just curious, what could they supply that macro don't?

The ones i've been in upcountry have a lot more specialised stuff like different size tin baking pans etc plus a greater variety of ingredients.

Start with wholewheat flour and 10kg bags of bread flour.

A specialist shop will always have a broader range of goods for specific baking needs.

theres a store selling bakery supplies located on Sukhumvit Rd near the junction of Soi Chaiyapornvittee

I think, this could be the one, my friend was talking about.

But can't find the shop on Google street view.

........

I believe it is on the Darkside of Sukhumvit Road near some traffic lights - either on the corner or just down a small soi.

Correct, but where exactly? rolleyes.gif

That's it, been there many times. Almonds are cheap there, by the way--ask the lady at the counter if you don't see them.

I've been to this shop before. It's not very impressive, nor does it stock many pans or ingredients. I was spoiled having lived in C Mai for a while. There they have YOK Inter. Beautiful shop, huge selection of ingredients AND pans. This shop in Pattaya is a poor version of what must be the best Bakery Products Store I've been to in years (in C Mai). For pans try the shop next to Foodland on Pattaya Klang.

I am mainly behind wholewheat flour and spelt.

Pans are no real issue, even Lazada or IKEA have a good selection.

The shop near Foodland is also ok, but has a little bit limited range.
