recom273 Posted June 22, 2015 Share Posted June 22, 2015 I visited Songkran '13, then pre-Songkran '14 and probably once in between .. in the first visit they were hammering in pilings to make the supports, 12 months later, they hadn't made much progress - maybe some semblance of a ramp, which didnt make it past the toll booth at Saladan.
