Tyres for Altis

Featured Replies

All I did a quick search and couldn't find anything specific so apologies if I am repeating things.

I have a 4 year old Altis 2.0 and believe its time to change tyres and have a few questions:

1. What brand would be recommended for safety and quality?

2. Is there a chain here like Quick-Fit in the UK which is a one stop quick service?

3. How much would I expect to pay for all 4 tyres roughly?

All the above are with reference to new tyres not remoulds.

Thanks in advance for for your attention

1 ... Thunderer by Warpee or just see what other taxis fit

2 ... B Quick

3 ... Warpee will be along soon and he will give you a good guide

4 ... Remoulds, in Thailand, I haven't seen any but yes keep away.

I like tyreplus. The prices are very reasonable. I have michelin pilot sport 3 on my honda. The grip very well especially in the wet, though I don't think they are the quietest tyre in the market.
