Atm pin @ chip enabled needed in Pattaya or Jomtien

Hi all, can someone point me where in Pattaya or Jomtien is an Bangkok Bank ATM pin @ chip enabled ?

As my E.U. bank card blocked by home banking because bad working cardreader ( faded screen with still 87% battery ) .My EU bank send me new one , but must reset pin on Chip enabled ATM machine ........ idid , card accepted ,I can go further in menu , but that is it , card still pin blocked in new card reader,

new trial ,card in ATM , pin accepted , menu , option change pin , result " not allowed in this area "

Third trial , al same try to collect 500 baht , result ;" not allowed in this area "

Now two possibillitys I think , or my western maestro card not setted free as I asked for use outside Europe , and so no acces

or bkk people did not understand when I asked my pin & chip enabled card works on their ATM.s , as BKK has a mix from those different ATM 's, some work only magnetic swiped , others only pin and chip .....

Bangkok Bank ATMS are chip-capable ATMs. Sounds like your "card-issuing" home country bank has blocked your card probably for Thailand...and maybe for many countries outside of the EU. Not uncommon for this to occur. Call your card-issuing bank.

THX for reply . yes card blocked because faulty card reader, my bank aware , send me already new card reader , but instructed me to put my card now in a pin and chip enabled atm to reset the blocking , like bankokbank has , I did ,atm accept pin, but still blocked for my eu home banking bank , emailed bank as they said , that even blocked pin for EU card homebanking tI should be possible to witdraw money .which is not possible message: "area not allowed transaction ", more request to my eu bank ,showed they did not set my card free for outside europe as I requested, even if not set free it should work in Chip enabled atm !! Different banks EU different sollutions as I read internet .

Problem is not money problem as my KK more than enough , but can not make transactions out of my home country .... and only next year march planned to fly Europe

But I thought Bangkok bank not all ATM machines are pin enabled , because in Central shopping center banks floor , I saw on some a logo with" smart sim" and some not , the one I try on local branch did not had that logo sign on them .

Tommorow other try ,and else send my card registred to EU bank to solve it there and send me back ,GRRRRRRR
