I am no financial wizard, but I wonder how true this can be.

I see no reason for the Baht to do well considering the financial, political, industrial and tourist situation in Thailand,

and I see no reason the USD should not get stronger in it's recovery since the Cheney administration.

Is this just more Thai wishful thinking / propaganda?

or a valid statement?

Those in the know, please share your financial knowledge.
