No, they are still interviewing more of the 30,000 or so bar girls in pattaya, it is taking a long time due to each girl having to do a reenactment of the said crime.

You accidentally (or not!) kill someone and you're fined 500 THB. But take off your top as a woman and it's 2500?

Could it be inflation hmm nope government keeps feeding us that line that prices are dropping deflation. Maybe Thailand like Denmark or one of the Nordic countries has changed the rules to make the fine according to ones income. Opps better keep my mouth shut on that one do not want to give the government ideas although with the water crisis they could surely use some as they seem to be running on "empty" on this issue.
