Proxy Setting for uTorrent for Mac

If anyone noticed on the main Internet forum, I asked and learned about the difference between a VPN and Proxy.

Now, I don't need to encrypt everything and all connections of my Mac to the internet, but I do want to make my torrent downloads go in circles so I don't receive any more nasty letters from American spy monitoring companies.

I do prefer uTorrent, but can't find anywhere in the settings to set up a proxy for using it.

Any direction much appreciated. Or, if necessary, a recommendation for something else to use?
