There is a very good shop about 5 mins taxi ride from Lardprao MRT. I haven't been there for 3 or 4 years and it doesn't help you that I can't remember the name or address. Best bet is to look (as I did) through the amulet magazines you see in the 7/11's.

The thing about 2nd hand amulets is that their previous owners are either dead or have been forced to sell. Either way it seems the amulets don't work.

A good place is the third floor of Panthip Plaza 2 on Ngam Wong Wan road just a couple of hundred yards down from the Mall.

The third floor is entirely given over to traders of amulets. Must be about 80 or more shops and traders there plus lots of stalls selling the magazines. Always busy.
