Particularly interested (for academic reasons) about specific choices at the high end restaurants which I don't really know.

My choice would be "kouign amann", and why not "aux pommes", but I am pretty sure it's not available anywhere in Pattaya :-(

Forget about the google image searches, most are showing ridiculous American cupcake versions of that dessert !
