Not sure if this is the right place to ask but none of my Thai friends could actually find me a maid and I have to look further.

So my 150 m2 apartments needs a weekly cleaning, laundry to be done, changing sheets and so on. We are only two of us living here and hardly use the kitchen.

If the maid speaks just a little bit of English, it would be helpful. But no requirement. She should have some experience in working for farang and be reliable.
