Somnil sleeping pills, vitamin B12 for injection - where to find

A friend recommended a brand of sleeping pill called Somnil or Sominal. He said he was able to get it at a pharmacy near Thapae Gate. He's overseas and out of contact so I can't ask him which one.

Also haven't been able to find injectable b12

Hypnotic medication can only be legally obtained via prescription from a hospital pharmacy. The penalties for illegal possession can be severe.

It would be very unusual to treat "infection" with Vit B12.

Do you have any references to this unique use of the vitamin?
