I have a Vintage Vespa with corresponding Green book. Does anyone know the process of exporting/selling it abroad ? Paperwork, taxes to pay etc. I have a German man very interested in it, but neither of us have had much luck with online research.

Not 100% sure but to export a motorcycle out of Thailand you have to deregister it first. Obviously if the deal fell through it would be a pain if not impossible to reregister it again.. Surely vintage Vespas with legal green books are fetching big money here in Thailand!

Fetching nearly 3 times as much in other countries can you believe ! Well I suppose once I am paid, then I have no problem deregistering. Thanks for the tip.
