toenail Posted August 30, 2015 Share Posted August 30, 2015 Not to sound cynical but Pattaya City could be used in this video clip of what happens when you do the opposite except claiming something unique that no other city has (and that would be -putting it into a nice word- commercial escorts or commercial short term companions). And who would bother to do that? It is not intended to be a city.
