No. As visas for non EU spouse traveling with an EU/EEA national traveling to an other EU/EEA country cannot be denied except for fraud or danger to national security. And even regular Schengen visas have rules (Schengen Code on Visa) which an application is checked on. Reaaons for refusal such as not enough certainty of timely return most likely will have increased for countries that are in chaos (you can find refusal statistics on EU Home Affairs if you want to know) but Thailand is not one of them so I cannot see why things would become more difficult for Thai nationals. Up untill now the visa refusal rate for Thailand generally has shown a decreasing number of refusals over the last years.
