How much are rooms going for in Lamai right now?

Featured Replies

Not looking for anything over 10k, but closer to 6/7k would be better.

Cheers.

Per month.

It might help to say, when you are arriving and how many months.... houses which I assume you are looking for ?....in that price range, can go very quickly.... especially in high season .... and go to long term stays wink.png

Just wanted to know if they were available.

I have a place in mind, but no backup and don't know if any are available.

I'll hopefully stay for a year if I can get the visas, and hopefully arriving before November might help me grab one.

I guess the Lamai guys here are all sleeping ....whistling.giflaugh.png

There is almost always some houses available, certainly a few signs up around Maenam, I would imagine same same in Lamai, November would probably increase your chances to find a long term house.

Usually a case of looking around and negotiating a long term rent deal, you should be able to work a discount! Good luck!

I know of a few places in that price range in Lamai. Send me a PM.

  • 2 months later...

bump because i am coming to samui or phangan and would like to find a room/apartment for that sort of money

any one know? and is it still possible to find monthly rental places over high season?

I still have 1 apartment availabile for long term from middle of December for 7000 excluding electricity. It's newly refurbished and still new and clean. The owner prefer at least 2 months rental, so if you're staying shorter term, don't bother contacting me.
