I have my divorce papers with me and naturally all my other identification. later I will need marriage visa of course.

You need an Affirmation to Marry document from your Embassy.

Get it translated and validated at MFA in Bangkok.

You can then pop along to the amphur and get the marriage registered.

Could I ask the experts , what if someone does not have their divorce papers. Maybe misplaced or they are living here and difficult to make trip to say Au, to sort it out. What's the steps involved.?
