lets see how many readers will be taking the train service when it starts in a few years.

Its ok if you are traveling light or maybe a budget traveller but would you want to hump all your luggage onto the skytrain to save a few bahts after a 12 hour flight ?

From what i have seen on the tube from Heathrow the tube carriages are chockablok with luggage ,i dont know how the skytrain will cope with all the luggage and how will you get the luggage thru the narrow turnstyles when you get into town.

If it was faster than car service - I dont see why not, but luggage on sky train might be an issue as you point out.
