Yeh I can do it in the hospital, but its somewhat far away and there might be a better one somewhere!

You might find hen's teeth quicker - a lot here are just glorified masseues.

Research the internet - you will find many detailed exercise programs for your repair.

Just don't go gungho to start or too early.

What do u mean by dont start to early?

I had pretty much the same surgery back home and waited a couple of weeks to start physio, but doctor here said start 2 days after surgery, so Im a bit confused anyway..

If you are following the surgeon's instructions - no problems - he did the repair.

Why not start with the hospital physios -they should know the surgeon's post-op routine.

The physio at Rajavej Hospital has an excellent reputation, many TVF members have recommended.

This video channel deals with exercises for injured people. Can't advocate this as substitute. But found fip flexor videos helpful
