ezzra Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 Until the downing of the airbus, Russia was kind of immured from international aviation terrorism, and now, that those pesky terrorist caused them to lose 224 people, maybe they will change their political standing when it comes to cozy up to countries and rouge groups that sponsor terror...
RIJoe Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 I guess now there will be more obnoxious Russians blocking the sidewalks in Thailand.
dabhand Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 Changing from Egypt to Turkey? Is that not closer to ISIS controlled territory? Sounds very much like 'out of the frying pan into the fire' to me.
samsensam Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 turkey is a lovely country a vibrant culture, excellent historic sites and friendly people i'd take that over shamel shek any day
geriatrickid Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 Changing from Egypt to Turkey? Is that not closer to ISIS controlled territory? Sounds very much like 'out of the frying pan into the fire' to me. An astute observation. I'm sure we will see some more excitement. Honestly, I don't care what happens to the Russians.
godden Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 Out of the frying pan in to the fire, brain dead.
BuaBS Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 Ruskies are making even easier for the ISIS boyz . I can hear them shapening their blades. Why would anyone still want to go to Turkey ?
Thaidream Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 I am sorry to hear that a bomb was the cause of the crash and so many died. However, when Putin decided to intervene as he did- Russians have to be prepared for more of this. The Islamic terrorists will do anything to anyone who enters their sphere. This is one reason why I am hoping that the next American president gets all of the Us troops out of the Middle East and bring them home. The Russians can have it. Apparently they learned nothing from their prior adventures in Afghanistan. Unless Putin reverses his policies expect more Russian blood to flow.
ozyjon Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 With all the nonsense going on i think better to stay home.
JemJem Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 To Turkey ?? The 'sun-sea-sand' season in Turkey has ended already (around mid October). Well, maybe, they are heading to Turkey for historical sites, etc.
Thaimike370 Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 To me this sounds like, out of the frying pan into the fire.
