November 9, 201510 yr A "O visa" based on marriage is obtained from a Thai Embassy/Consulate no "photos" are required but you will need your marriage cert.+a copy, and signed copies of your wife's ID and housebook. If you later apply for an "extension of stay based on marriage" (It is not a visa" photographs will be required of you and your wife in an around your accommodation including one picture which clearly shows the house number

November 9, 201510 yr I am in Thailand already , holding a non b visa, which i need convert to non o visa. Thanks You cannot convert from a non-b visa to a non-o visa. You may be able to apply for an extension of stay based upon marriage for the 90 day entry you got from the non -b visa. Some offices may refuse to the extension though.
November 9, 201510 yr I am in Thailand already , holding a non b visa, which i need convert to non o visa. Thanks How long have you been in Thailand ? Do you have to leave the country every 90 days ?
November 10, 201510 yr Author I am in Thailand now 60 days, i have more 30 days in my non b visa(which i got from my home country using my employer documents, but now employer cannot give work permit, because of company capital)
November 10, 201510 yr You need to check with your local immigration office to see if they will do the extension with the non-b visa entry you have now. If not you will need to go out to a nearby embassy or consulate for a single entry non-o visa based upon marriage.
November 10, 201510 yr "If you later apply for an "extension of stay based on marriage" (It is not a visa" photographs will be required of you and your wife in an around your accommodation including one picture which clearly shows the house number" In Samut Prakarn, I have to provide for annual extension, 2 sets of photos of my family (wife n kids) with me outside house showing house number and photos of us in 3 house rooms (usually do Living room, our bedroom and kids bedroom). Photos are pasted 2 per plain white A4 size paper in order to submit 2 sets. We've been doing this every year for years. No wedding photos ever required.
