Cambodia Casinos - A Few Questions

Can someone share their recent experiences going from Pattaya to the Cambodia casinos... I have no need to do any visa related business...I was thinking about a 1-2 day trip as I have never gambled in Asia... I have a lot of experience in USA casinos... Coming from Pattaya, should I take the bus/van or fly ? How long is the bus/van ? What city or casino would be easiest to get to ? Do they offer any comp programs or free meals for players...How do they compare to Las Vegas in odds and payouts ? Do I need any type of visa - I am on a retirement visa now. Any other info that you think might make this trip easy. Thanks
