Transfer is usually paid 50/50 .He is giving cash as well .I would think B600,000 is the minimum to get anything worth having .

Land office value Nirun at 25K per sqm so for a studio wont be too much but needs agreeing beforehand as does the vehicle transfer costs. Ideal proposition for someone that wants to move on to pastures new. Try Bahtsold and all the usual freebie websites, also Nirun etc have noticeboards in the reception area so post ads there.
