Hi all, just wanting to double check in the first section of the Flr M under payment Details(number 4) it asks for date of birth. Does that refer to the applicant or who is paying? I've put my wife's dob but double checking everything tonight I'm not sure.

As question 3 asks for the applicant's full name, I imagine it's the applicant's date of birth they want.

Presumably so they can ensure the payment is allocated to the correct application.
