Smashing up hotel rooms might sound glamorous but, judging by the experience of one man in Myanmar this week, the pursuit is probably best left to the rockstars.

A Swiss tourist was sent back to Thailand on Monday after destroying rooms in four, mostly posh, hotels in Yangon.

During less than a week in the city, Bruno Jakob Schai, 62, made his way through Sule Shangri-La, where rooms cost upwards of $150 per night, Clover and the Sedona before he was reported to police by Park Royal Hotel, in the Yaw Min Gyi area.

“We delivered him to the Swiss embassy,” Kyaw Htut of Yangon Western Police Force told The Voice.

From there, staff escorted him to Bangkok. According to Dagon Township police, he will ultimately be put on a plane to Switzerland.
