Difference in leg height - at what diff. does it become an issue ?

After Osteotomy which delivered well, have now about 3.5 mm longer on right side than left

Would this require in sole or no need ?

Whether an insert or built up shoe is required depends on your gait and the degree of stress induced in the hip/knee.

Thx - kinda got recommended to do, but only 3.5mm diff. Read many articles and ie a sample of 600 healthy army guys, the diff was 5mm

It is quite normal that leg lengths differ in the normal population. Usually only a difference of more than 2,5cm needs to be corrected.
