here is my recipe:

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken wings (12 wings)
2 cups cubed potatoes
3 tbsp cooking oil
3 slices of ginger
2 cloves of garlic (sliced)
2 tbsp green onion
1 chili pepper (optional)
1/4 cup soy sauce
4/5 can of coke (330ml Coca cola)
1. In a pot, heat up 2 tbsp of cooking oil on medium heat. Add the potatoes, stir fry until they become golden brown color (about 5 mins), then take the potatoes out to a bowl.
2. Heat 1 additional tbsp of oil on high heat, add garlic, green onion, chili pepper and ginger and saute till fragrant.
3. Add the wings and let cook without stirring until one side is brown.
4. Add the coke, soy sauce and let boil. Once it starts to boil, lower heat to simmer with lid on. For 25-30 mins.
5. Add the fried potatoes, mix it. Use medium heat with lid off until the liquid is reduce into a thick sauce. (about 10-15 mins)
