I've searched Villa, Tops etc but cannot find any

I bought a jar months ago but can't remember where.

I know fresh is best but the jar is always handy to have when i don't have fresh.

I've tried doing my own minced garlic with Olive oil but not the same.

I travel to Pattaya at times, so if someone knows if they have it down there , would be good.

I use roasted garlic and keep a jar of it in the fridge. I make it myself. It has a mellower, roasted flavor and even is goood spread right out of the jar on hot bread with a little parmesian sprinkled on top.

To make it, buy about 15 large bulbs. Cut off the tops of each head, put them in a pan and drizzle some olive oil on top. Roast at about 200 degrees for about 30-45 minutes. Let cool completely and squeeze each bulb into a jar.
