Another addition to my question about the way to obtain a visa, for my Thai GF to visit the uk would be, Can anyone tell me the cost? A toursist visa for her for a 3 month stay in the uk be all i would be after. What are the costs involved?

What is the cost for the visa? is this a one off cost if the visa is refused? i honestly know jack shit and neither does she. Please Please help!!!

The fee which is 2.700,00 THB is not refundable whether or not the visa is granted. If it's still the same as when I applied, the UK visa allows multiple entries and is valid for at least 6 months. I'll reply to other questions via email now.

2.700,00 thats a very strange number cutie, I wonder if you meant 27,000?, that still seems a bit high though.

She is correct Bronco 2,700.00 baht for a visit to the old dart ( expensive when you consider Poms used to get to Australia for ten quid not so long ago, and in the era of involuntary migration, they got a free trip )

I apologise for the confusion, bronco. I've messed up my writing while dealing with different countries. I guess I'm just having problems my identity as my dear said. :D

Doc, expensive, isn't it? When I applied, it's around 2,500.00 THB. But then again, it's 72 THB per 1 GBP yesterday :o
