( highest standards achievable by a civilian). Driven in 14 countries. Done a fair amount of driving in Thailand inc. Bangkok (Victory monument), Pattaya and long distance. When driving never assume anything and always expect the unexpected.......... especially so in Thailand!

Eminently so... for the UK. All the driving gongs and certificates in the UK, circling the Victory Monument and weekend trips to Pattaya mean bugger all in LOS (but you knew this already). You need AMULETS.
