I heard that it is really easy to pass the driving test in thailand. Would it be possible for a tourist/foreigner to get one?

Could you walk me through the steps?

Say i visit thailand for say maybe 8 days. I get a test date and i am sure the written/multiple choice section has an english version then i do the practical on the same day and it's done i get my driver's license?
