Freehold condos around Ratchadamri BTS station?

Can someone tell me if there are any freehold condos in the area by Ratchadamri station? No way I will ever buy a sucker's 30yr rental.

The answer is no. You can get just a sublease. And the explanation for this would be against forum rules.

I think there "might" be a couple of buildings around that area but not many as 99% of the land there is controlled by the Crown Property Bureau or companies connected to them.

Thanks smutcakes. I was looking at the 185 rajdamri online. I wasnt sure it was or not freehold. I like the building. Not crazy about duplex condos as space is lost because of the stairs. I was not familiar w the second one you mentioned. I will check it out.
