Say Another Last Goodbye to Iconic Soi 38 Street Food

There used to be some nice eye candy crawling out of the nearby nightclub around the corner there back in the 90's. Forgot the name of the club? Coliseum? Made for a more pleasurable feed on the street back then.

When are they being moved? I ate there this afternoon. Very soon all of Bangkok on the bts will just be malls and condos. Just like every other major city. Dubai ification.

"All of Bangkok on the BTS" = A small fraction of a huge city. Maybe try getting off the beaten track now and then?

If your favourite local pub was closed, you'd probably be a little pissed off, even if there were other pubs in town.

Yes, true, I can imagine that for people who live in or around soi 38 it would also be annoying that these food outlets are closing. But I doubt if most of the complainers are soi 38 residents...
