Thais vs White people
A lot of Westerners come from a culture of moaning about stuff, but it normally comes from a place of being used to wanting to make things better. While I'm sure Thais do whinge, they no doubt do it in a lot more of a low-key way. One difference is that Thais can bottle up their whinges and then explode. With foreigners, it's more like a slow puncture. -
