Reset phone

Featured Replies

It is a hard reset. You will loose everything and start as new. Better backup first and reset by the Menu. Softreset is normally done by pressing and holding the ON/OFF Button loooong time.

Should have mentioned it's a Samsung Duos, don't know if that makes any difference.

Only one SIM fitted

Before you do a factory reset, please back it up your Pc via Samsung Klies.

That way all your Data can be restored, after it gets wiped-out by the re-set.

A "factory settings" re-set also free's up a lot of space on your device.

Your phone will instantaneous, and noticeably speed-up, after the re-set.

Best of Luck!

it's a very simple operation, so don't worry tto much.............
