BANGKOK — A longtime political cartoonist for a major English-language newspaper said today he has been denied his media visa, working permit and press card, effectively making it illegal for him to work in Thailand as a journalist.

BANGKOK: -- Corruption situation in Thailand in 2015 has improved with the amount of under-the-table payments being slashed from 25 percent of the annual budget or 250 billion baht to 10 percent or 100-150 billion baht, according to the Economic and Business Forecast Centre of the University of Thai Chamber of Commerce.

2.7 percent bank deposit growth in the Northeast last year

Mahidol University: Ex-dentistry lecturer must repay scholarship loan
