My understanding of the Buddhas teaching is that the cycle of Re Birth (the term Reincarnation is misused in Buddhism) is broken once a practitioner achieves full liberation (Nibanna).

With plenty of money it isn't hard to get a few minor civic awards. But why would a Buddha care about them? There doesn't seem to be any information of how a Pasadena artist suddenly became a "reincarnated" Buddha. It would be helpful to know who he studied with, where, and for how long. All I see are claims of miracles and recognition, but no history.

Achievement shows everything. I did not see any famous dharma king or monk in the world can show five vidyas in the world. Five Vidyas is what Bodhisattva or Buddha needs to show in the world, which is record in the Buddhism Sutra.
