Earn commission renting out my house

My Webpage

EARN a nice 70,000 baht if you can find a tenant for my house!

NOTE: The commission will ONLY be paid if:

1) The tenant signs a one year contract at 140,000 Baht per month rent

2) The tenant has paid (!) two months deposit and one month rent in advance.

Here is more information on my house:

Luxurious Villa for rent by owner in Laddawan Prachachuen.

As we will move abroad for a few years we're looking for a tenant, probably with a family, who is looking for a nice house outside the Sukhumvit area. The house is 400 sq meters big and has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen, office, living room and dining room. The decoration was done by Land & Houses and is very luxurious! The total plot is 800 sq meters large, nice big garden!

The development is very upscale and has excellent security and full facilities. We are only 10 min from the international schools : ISB, St Stephen, St Johns and also 10 min from the airport! (oh, and three minutes from the top North Park golf course...)

The rent is 140,000 Baht per month only!

See the following website for pictures of the house;

What a "deal".  You sign the contract for 139k and pay nothing?! ???
