Company that does quality condo renovation

I am looking at purchasing and renovating a small condo (studio ?) to a comparatively high standard for my own use.

I would like to put the whole renovation including purchase of selected fixtures/fittings/furniture in the hands of an architect and/or design group and/or renovation specialist that can complete the lot while I can maybe sit back somewhere else and enjoy a few beers.

Saw this renovated Hillside 4 condo for sale with stainless steel fixtures some time ago and while not particularly keen about the bed situation of this design, it is sort of the quality I would be interested in. The all white kitchen area of the third picture is what I had in mind.

A web search comes up with a couple of local firms but I was wondering if any members have undertaken or have first-hand experience with a high quality renovation using an experienced specialist company that can carry out such work in a timely manner.
