Newsletter 'subscription' irregularity

Featured Replies

From time to time, and becoming more frequent, my newsletter updates just stop. I 'resubscribe', and they start, but within a couple/few weeks, they stop again.

I use two email addresses, and it's happening with both.

Anything similar happening with anybody else.

Moderators, is there a fix?

Disregard my post above. The weekend update has appeared in 'spam'?? Looks more like a computer issue than Thaivisa.

Sorry about the double 'new thread''.

Hi

No problem.

As a rule of thumb always remember to check spam folders and make sure you add [email protected] to your email contacts.

If you are still having problems receiving the newsletter please let us know so our tech support team can investigate.

Thanks!

I've been getting the daily newsletters for a number of years now but out of the blue I stopped receiving them some weeks ago.

So the other day I subscribed again. But I'm still not getting them.

I can confirm they're not going into my Junk Email folder.

I've just added [email protected] to my contacts, as you suggested above. Is that likely to fix it? I never had it as a contact before.

Thanks.

I've been getting the daily newsletters for many years now but suddenly a few days ago, I stopped receiving them.

So I subscribed again. But I'm still not getting them.

I confirm they're not going into my Spam Email folder.

I've just added [email protected] to my contacts.

Please help, as i love reading the newsletter and my day is not complete without it.

Thanks, in advance
