Taxi Time From Don Mueang to Swampy

Featured Replies

Does anyone know how long a taxi ride from DMK to Swampy would take? I arrive at DMK from Udon Thani at 8 pm Friday night and my Asiana flight to the United States leave Swampy at 11:40 pm. I assume a taxi will get me to Swampy in plenty of time.

As a side note, how about the shuttle bus from DMK. Would that get me to Swampy in time to catch my 11:40 flight?

Thanks.

45 minutes typically, but allow additional 15 minutes for Friday evening extra traffic.

Use the White Shuttle Bus. It's free and no dramas with the driving! Leaves every 30 minutes from 20:00 up to and including midnight. Takes 55 minutes normally and quote the expected duration.

8pm Friday night is just about the worst time to do that journey. I suspect 1-2 hours is more realistic. Congestion on Ram-Intra is much worse these days due to the closure of two overpasses on Phahonyothin.

Agreed OP you are pushing your luck big time
