Im suspicious about Dailymail.co.uk rank in google

Dailymail.co.uk is blocked in Thailand.

for many search phrases google show them at number 1 in its search result when you search it inside Thailand ( google track your location not only by IP address )

I believe google is some how trolling Thai government by showing the blocked website as search result very frequently.

have you notice that too? has google boosted Dailymail serp for Thailand ?

Daily Mail has been blocked on Thai servers as they published content about the Royal family in violation of this forum rule:
