Possibly selling my bike tomorrow and want to have the paperwork ready. I've found what looks like the transfer form translated to English)....2 pages. The first page looks fairly straight forward. The second page is a power of attorney.

1) Two areas for signing..."Appointer" and "representative". I assume one is the buyer and one is the seller but which one is which? I assume I'm the appointer and buyer is the representative?

2) Can any other 3rd / 4th party witness or need an official?

3) What do I need to write in the "affairs entrusted" section (1, 2, 3 , 4?)

4) Do all addresses, details etc (apart from my name) need to be filled out in Thai?

5) Apart from copies of my passport, green book are there any other forms ie: tfer of insurance?

Any help appreciated

Where did you find this ? This is the power of attorney form from rideasia/ bangkok riders.

You use when you wish to visit another country on a bike you don't own.

I'm right in thinking, you have posted here before right ? And the answer is to go with the buyer to you local DLT and let them check the paperwork.

To be honest, it's not down to you to complete paperwork, you sell the bike - give the seller the green book which you sign, supply a receipt if you like, along with a copy of your passport which you sign.

What insurance do you have ? Theft - which you bought with the bike ?
