Update to how the Thaivisa Photography competition is judged

Hi there

We've changed how the photography competition will be judged.

After discussing this with Shaggy, who raised some concerns from members about the use of forum 'Likes" being used to determine the winners of the photography competition, it has been decided that at end of each month all photos submitted will be sent to sponsors Bizpaye who will choose the two winners.
