Is anyone else having problems with True?

In the past few days I have had to restart the router so many times, am living near Neumplabwan.

Am wondering if my router is the problem. Thanks for any info.

Does restarting your router resolve the problem? If there is a red light showing on the router indicator labelled "optical", that's an indication of a True problem, not a router problem.

I'm at the end of NernPlubwan and have True fibre optic. Some days the speed is good and others crap. Evenings seem to be worse than days. It's been that way for the last 5 years, so I just put up with it as the norm.
