how to reschedule K1 Visa appointment

we finally got a date for the appointment but we wont get the report from the police until after the appointment so we need to reschedule. we have sent an email to [email protected] but haven't received a response. the interview is Arpil 12th and the police report wont arrive until around april 21st.

is there a phone number or better procedure to reschedule. my fiancée is going to call 662 105 4110 tomorrow but I am having trouble finding out which is the way to reschedule the appointment.

She should just go for the appointment as scheduled, and turn in the police certificate when she gets it. That will avoid the hassle of rescheduling, and she will know earlier if there are any problems or if anything else is needed. It's not a big deal, don't worry.
