I recently realized a few subscribed threads are not sending me notices..

I am getting the newsletter and other daily or near daily thaivisa email.

I have checked and the thread subscriptions are on, and set to instantly notify..

I have no email received.. not in spam folders or anywhere.

Used to work as expected.

Is anyone monitoring the support forum ??

1. Are you saying that with the exception of a few, you are getting email notification of all subscribed topics?

2. Can you post a screenshot of the web page where you verified that subscription is on for the topics for which you do not receive email notification?

I am saying I get no email notifications at all.. I do get the daily newsletters.. But not forum generated emails.

I was getting them.. a few months ago..

I of course checked my spam box..

Thank you for the additional information. With this situation, I suggest that you write to support[at]thaivisa.com, who have in the past been able to resolve this kind of hiccup affecting an individual member.

OK.. I just found out I am also not getting any email to alert to a PM.
