II think the complaint was, "Why are all the girls wearing bikinis" as in should not a third

of the girls be topless and a third fully nude, while a third can wear bikinis.

The bar is on soi 6, dont know what the pool has to do with it.

The "raid" was only becuase of that video doing the rounds where a drunk american guy gives a bar girl oral almost out on the street.

BIB only really do it so the majority of the Thai public remains semi clueless about what goes on in soi 6

First this is incorrect passion club is in jomtein.

Also everyone in Thailand and allot of people outside of Thailand knows what goes on in pattaya and the BIB dont care one

Passion is not on Soi 6. Its in Jomtien. Turn left at the monument statue right down the bottom to Soi 1 on your right.

They started hammering these "daytime is playtime" gentlemens clubs some time last year. Some got closures and others never reopened. Then they appeared to back off during high season and focus on sporadic Beach Road ladyboy round-ups, drunk driver checkpoints and the like. With the army moving into City Hall imminently, I would assume that these clubs will be hammered until they all get shuttered this time.

P.S. Many girls working there have long time sponsors, work in a discreet place for a bit of cash, they wont be happy with the pictures splashed over the press lol
