Motorcycle bombing in southern Thailand leaves 1 killed, 10 hurt

A man was reportedly killed and 11 others, including a child, were wounded in a bomb attack in Songkhla, a city in southern Thailand. The bomb was hidden in a motorcycle parked behind a train station in Thepa district at about 7 p.m. Tuesday, the Bangkok Post reported, citing police. They were informed about a suspicious object attached to a mobile phone inside a grocery store, near the train station, about 30 minutes before the bomb exploded. The bomb went off after officers arrived at the store. The child who was injured was an 11-year-old girl, social media reports said.

I would have posted this under the Thailand News section but apparently I'm not allowed to start new topics there.
