Grandson phones his Jewish grandmother for directions to her new flat.

She tells him when you get to the main door press the button for 301 with your elbow and I will buzz you in.

Press the up button for the lift with your elbow for floor three.

When you get to floor three use your elbow to ring the door bell on flat number 'one' and I'll let you in.

Grandson says got all that but why do I have to press all the buttons with my elbow?

Grandmother says 'You come to visit first time and you got empty hands have you.?'
